I ordered an ice bucket with this order. We received the bucket (they sent 2 of them although I only ordered and paid for one). I tried to return it at the store and was told I had to deal directly with the vender. I contacted them and they said I could keep the buckets and they would refund 20% of the purchase price. I told them that I wanted a full refund and then they said they would give a 40% refund but that was it because they are a new, struggling company and could I help them out. REALLY? The buckets were so small you can barely get enough ice for one drink. How stupid. They suggested I use the buckets as gifts. I would be embarrassed to give the poor quality, small bucket to anyone. Wal Mart should be responsible. I ordered it from YOU. I had no idea you outsourced my order. I may never order from again. Just terrible service.

I like that the coasters are wide and low-profile, so my cup/mug sits closer to the table and feels more stable than thick coasters. Because I'm a klutz, he low profile lowers the drink's tipping point, so it feels steadier to me. Colors are very pleasant, almost coastal theme. It comes with a holder for the coasters in case you want to keep track of them :)
