Great investment!

I recently had to acquire a new washer and dryer. With both being front-loaders, they were a little low for moving the wash loads. We noticed these were less expensive than the where we bought the appliances, so we ordered them. The delivery was fast. However because the washer is quite heavy, we had to hire someone to assist us in getting the machine on top of it. Otherwise, it is perfect for my use (and I am under 5' tall). I just don't know what to use the open shelves under them to store detergents and such as they are too short (however, I would not want them taller).

These bases are just what I was looking for. They are separate, strong and raise my machines to a more manageble height. And in the event we do have a flood in the basement, my very expensive washer and dryer units will be protected. They were also quite a bargain compared to several others I looked at.
