Mixed feelings but overall, happy customers.

The tires are everything we had hoped, it was the delayed shipping from the seller that upset. Being able to meet supply and demand is crucial and only having 3 of the items ship with the 4th days later required the install appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled. Then a mix up on being charged for the install cost at the time of purchasing online and the store attempting to charge the install fee again caused some stress but in the end, it all was resolved and we are pleased with both sets of tires.
