McCormick Gourmet Kosher Cajun Seasoning, 2.25 oz Bottle

This Cajun seasoning is absolutely delicious, with the perfect amount of spice and zing! I love using it on chicken and in pasta dishes especially. It's also amazing in rice, soups, and to season fries or roasted potatoes or corn. Really anything you want to give a Cajun zing to and wake up your meals it's awesome!

I recently tried McCormick Cajun Seasoning and used it on a filet. The flavor was really well balanced. It has a nice kick from the cayenne and black pepper, but it is not too spicy. The garlic, paprika, and bell peppers add a lot of depth and make it feel more layered than some other Cajun seasonings I have tried. I also like that the ingredient list is simple and straightforward. No added sugars, no artificial colors, and it is vegan, which is a plus for me. I also appreciated that it came in a glass jar, since I am trying to limit how much plastic I use and consume given the growing concerns around microplastics. It created a really nice crust on the steak and added a good amount of flavor without overpowering it. I would definitely use this on other things like vegetables or different proteins. Overall, I would recommend it if you are looking for an easy way to add some flavor and a little heat to your meals.
