Keep wounds moist with Smith+Nephew Solosite hydrogel. The gel provides moisture to injuries to aid quick healing of the affected area. The wound dressing gel contains up to 60% water content in a gel base, which cools the wound and provides temporary relief from pain for up to 6 hours. Absorbent polymers in this hydrogel dressing retain moisture and absorb wound drainage. The gentle formula of the dressing gel assists in autolytic debridement, using enzymes and moisture to break down dead tissue. It contains allantoin, which softens the top layer of skin, helping the wound shed dead cells and reducing scarring. Non-sensitizing, it won't cause reactions in newly forming tissue. Use Solosite wound gel with preservatives for burns, skin tears, cuts and abrasions, surgical incisions and diabetic foot ulcers. It's packaged in an 3-ounce flip top tube for easy application.
