These work very good. i have some kind of sleep disorder, and the first time i tried one of these gummies i was disappointed. it didnt do anything for me. So the next night i chewed two of them. Yikes! i slept for two solid days. when i woke up, i felt fine, but not aware that i missed an entire day. A week or so later i tried one and a half, but it had no effect, no sleep. Apparently its either two or nothing. I'll try them again later, but think i need to be sure i have the time.
