Tomato cages - shorter than stated

These tomato cages are 12" shorted than stated. The large cages are advertised as 64.5 x 17.3 x 17.3, but they are actually only 54" x 16 x 16. When I contacted Gardeners Blue Ribbon they said I could return them. But with paying $15 to ship to me, I'm not sure it is worth it to pay to return them. They seem sturdy but disappointed with the height.
