Once I was diagnosed with Celic Disease, I missed wheat-filled bread, and Fig Newtons! When I spotted these gluten free blueberry fig bars, I was cautiously optimistic - sometimes, the gluten free version of familiar foods can be, well, disappointing. But, these blueberry fig bars are absolutely DELICIOUS! If you miss your wheaty fig cookies, grab a box or two of THESE....absolutely heavenly!
