Very disappointed

I was so excited to get this stronger, however, the front wheel won't stay on. I took it out for the first time to a festival, which was perfect to keep our dog Haley off the ground and safe. The front wheel just kept falling off over and over again. This was smooth streets and sidewalks, no rough stuff. I was going to send it back for either replacement or my money back, but I thought it would stay on. I'm gonna have to glue it or tie it. Very disappointed.
