While this instant noodle can't be expected to match the chinese fare at the restaurants, but it is good in its own way. Caveat: one needs to at least cook it in a pot on a hot plate to give the noodles a satisfying texture. In my case, microwaving disappoints everytime. Make sure the water (2 cups, 1 can beef broth works too) is really boiling, immerse the noodles using a strainer, give it 2 minutes, remove the blanched noodles strainer from the water, add the powder and the sause to the noodles while it is still hot.
