Nice work shoe

Just received them. First wear, they are really comfortable and fit as they should.

Too narrow

Length is good but they are too narrow. I do not normally wear wide shoes but think I will need to switch to them with Reebok.

Seller Verified Purchase

Built well, sized true, painfully uncomfortable.

I have had several brands of steel toe and composite toe work shoes, and Nanoflex TR Work - RB331 is my second pair of Reebok composite toe shoes. I was hoping this insert would be better than the last Reebok insert, but the "MemoryTech Massage 2.0 Removable Cushion Footbed" in these shoes presses painfully into the arches of my feet. I have never had a pair of shoes do that before. The upper also bit painfully into the skin at my achilles, even through my high ankle socks. Neither of these areas of the shoes improved at all during the one 40-hour work week I wore them. At first, I was excited to try these shoes because other reviews said they were "too narrow," and my feet are particularly narrow. Other women's shoes are sometimes a bait-and-switch, where a women's shoe is the same as a men's shoe, just two sizes smaller. However, this women's 9.5 shoe were actually narrow like a woman's shoe. Unfortunately, the rest of the shoe was too uncomfortable.
