This is the best melatonin. The taste is really good and the gummies are easy to chew. I fall asleep easy and relatively fast. I have not experienced any residual drowsiness the next day and have been taking this particular strength of melatonin for several months now. It has helped me get to sleep and stay asleep, something that I had struggled with for years. A great find!

I have sleep problems. Dr. had me on Ambien. After a while, the Ambien sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. It's a prescription but I'd still be awake 2 hrs. later. I tried this, followed the directions and I'm asleep in no time. If I need a script, I'll take a script - some things you need for your health. I'm not big on holistic nor natural things nor would I take them for my medical issues. The dr. usually knows best. These worked for me. I told the dr. who was actually happy that I was off the Ambien. I don't wake up groggy. It says to take 2 about 30 minutes before bed. If I've been a lazy daisy, I'll take 2. If I've been busy and know I'm tired, I take one.
