Not flimsy and not too thick. I'm 5'4", 136 lbs. Purchased a size S. Great fit. Mesh liner keeps the jacket from clinging. Velcro wrist adjustment. Not sure why they call it a winter jacket. It can be worn in mild temps.

Runs small. Not real warm, this is a well vented raincoat, but not really for warmth.

Extra small size will surely fit US size med. Obviously, this is an overseas company. Hard to decipher their instructions on returning item. Will definitely look closer to where supplier is from even though it is walmart site.
