We received the 4 bar chairs we ordered in excellent condition. All the parts were labeled nicely and easy to understand. I would advise using 2 people when you assemble them and I agree with others when they say to wait until you tighten the bolts so the alignment of the chairs goes smoothly. They look so nice in our pool area next to our bar. We also love how smooth they swivel.
