2. Feature - The embedding nut has a guide so there is no need for a counterbore or countersink. Smooth surface, firm and uniform, easy to install.
3. Advantage - Due to the embossing process on the outer diameter of the insert, it forms certain friction and bites force with the brass insert after forming, which can be fixed on the inside so that it will not fall off easily. Has a certain torsion and tension.
4. Application - Can be installed by ultrasonic or heat into the plastic matrix, or formed during the injection, widely used in 3D printing injection molding, computer products, electronic products, circuit board fixing, etc., to achieve tight fixing.
