Helpful little tool for bread makers
This is the first lame I've owned. I recently started making sourdough bread, so I knew I wanted to buy one of these. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the blades are very thin and flexible and not rigid like a razor blade. Overall, I've been really happy with this lame. The size is nice and I like the wooden handle. I wash by hand and it's easy to clean. Comes with a lot of spare blades. Easily scores the bread and makes the process simple and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
