I recommend this fryer to everyone. It is large enough to hold its heat when frying. The food does not become soggy with oil. Easy, efficient clean up. The only drawback I have found is no carrying hand holds. It is big, and most homes don't have counter space to leave it out. This is the second time I have purchased this model.
