With this long loaf pan, you'll yield loaves suitable for custardy French toast, light-as-air croutons, and mile-high sandwiches. This type of bread forms has an even interior texture. Its straight and narrow sides force the dough into a confined rise, slowing its growth, promoting an even crumb. With the lid on, you can make a moist and perfectly square bread slice. And without it, you can make bread toast or a domed loaf. This banana bread loaf pan, sandwich bread pan, sourdough bread pan, or whatever you call it, is composed of carbon steel for strength, durability, and uniform heating. Its enhanced nonstick surface releases your baked goodies easily and makes cleaning up simple. Bake with the Pullman pan and create a belly-warming snack for your home.
Note: When baking with batter, parchment is recommended.
Max Baking Temp: Resistant to 450F (230C). However, baking above 400F (200C) for more than 30 minutes or with an empty pan is not recommended.
Wipe with a thin layer of oil before use to avoid burning.
For maintenance, brush butter or oil on the surface, put it into the oven at 300F (150C) for 5 mins, then wipe away with tissue paper after cooling.
Do NOT put the pan in the Dishwasher. Hand-wash is recommended.
Avoid soaking the pan in water or using an abrasive brush.
