This was for my 12 year old who is roughly 5'4" and a hundred pounds. We chose the 31" drop 5. He was using a drop 3 that he was not getting through the hitting zone soon enough. This solved it, and he loves the bat. It swings a bit end loaded. The bat is loud when contact is made. Great for the price.

This is a great bat for a young ball player. My 6 year old sons hitting is significantly more powerful with this bat 27, -10. He had been using a 25 inch USA $20-$30 type bat. It's night and day. He loves the way this bat feels and hits. Perfect size for him.

Love it. An improvement over the previous model. Around a half of ounce lighter. (5150 USA are known to be heavier). Large sweet spot. Still the best USA bat for the money.
