I've used the regular one and thought I would give this a try. WOW! It's chilly and remains cold for hours. Hours! I usually use the regular ones. The interesting part is this seemed to work not only the day I used it, but the effects lasted for two days after. I need a knee replacement and meanwhile, I m in pain. I like these a lot. They don't work for everyone, but give it a try. Oh and wash your hands after you apply.

Went to Er for shoulder pain Prescribed Lidocaine patch, that dosage wasn't covered under my insurance. Pharmacist told me, a lower dosage was sold %26 worked really well. Complaint the HEAT part doesn't last reallyong. Once cooking I put a towel over it and a jacket to keep it warm longer. REALLY helps with the pain. Ram out %26 bought them again.

I just put my first one on my back about 12 minutes ago while I'm doing these surveys on here and lo and behold it works! you can feel it immediately but slightly then it builds up with that menthol in it it feels great I have extremely bad sciatic pain I was able to pull it like it suggests and with one hand reach back and attach it to my sciatic which is rather difficult and almost impossible with another brand I've used before it fits pretty much where you stretch it to I stayed put even after putting clothes on top of it not securely but like I wear dresses so loose fitting clothing even works and honestly my leg feels better my arm feels better and Walmart you did it again equate products are fantastic you keep me buying them
