Very disappointed

One of 3 boxes was totally mislabeled by the manufacture. The box was labeled with the wrong color %26 completely missing any hardware which was included in the other 2 boxes! Not Wal-Mart's error, but somebody should be responsible!

Retractable, but not

This awning is not retractable in a practical way. Instead of folding or rolling up, it retracts by laying flat against the house. And since I wanted it over the front door, this means that while retracted the front door is not usable.
