Can't say enough good things about the mic!

The snowball ice microphone by BLUE has been an absolute dream. When I got it, I ran a quick test to compare the difference between the snowball microphone and my macbook pro's built in microphone. It's not even close. Standard computer mic's sound like the speaker is underwater. The snowball eliminated excess noise, clarified my voice, and made me sound great. The design is sleek, it's not too big and sits nicely on my desk. The circular head of the microphone actually swivels around so that you can steer the direction of the mic as needed which is a huge help. There is a built in pop filter in the front of the mic so no worrying about adding a dead cat or wind screen of any sort. A red light on the top indicates when the mic is plugged in and ready to go. You can't beat that. It takes the guess work out of the set up. With other microphones, I've had serious issues going from mic, to sound board, to computer. With this one, it's a simple plug and play set up that I really love. Wasn't sure how much I'd like it, as I own several mics worth $200 PLUS...but for the money—you can't beat this!

Wonderful product!!

I received this Blue Snowball iCE USB Microphone for free in exchange for my opinion. This cool device can add amazing audio to all your vocal or musical projects. It has a simple plug-and-play connection that is compatible with any Mac or PC. No need for drivers or additional equipment. It's ready for use almost out of the box. This pack includes one Blue microphone, an adjustable tripod stand and a USB cable. This is the perfect device for my pod cast!!

Perfect for Social Interacting over the Internet

This microphone is remarkable and well worth it! The incoming/receiver sound is very crisp and clear. My daughter loves to use the microphone for her YouTube vlogs. She loves how everything is clear and her fans can hear her perfectly while streaming. Also, it's great for gaming. We use it on our PC and PS4 system and it works perfectly. I use it on my conference calls and meetings. I really love that it comes with a stand which really emphasizes the sound and look. This is definitely must have!
