This puppy gate works fine, but it is poorly made. It is not sturdy so if you are looking for a gate that a dog cannot knock down, this is not that item. It does, however, look nice.

Very flimsy wood glued together, no optional mounting hardware, stand alone gate only gets knocked down by pets and slowly falls apart with each fall. We bought two, neither lasted one month. Pony up and buy a better quality gate - we did after this mistake.
