I had no trouble downloading the software. You do have to wait a few minutes after the purchase to receive an e-mail with the software link and activation key. The physical proof of purchase was received by USPS priority mail in less than 48 hours. Painless purchase with a definite cost savings over other sources (plus Walmart's purchase protection).

I have used TurboTax for years and have never been disappointed or had a problem with the end results. You get a report that includes every page of your return. It checks and rechecks for errors before the actual return is filed or printed to mail. My first attempt with do-it-yourself tax return software was a nightmare. I had to travel out of town the last day to file to find TurboTax and finished my return with no problems.
