I do love this machine the blades do an excellent job at saving ice I love the stand it gives plenty of room for a large bowl yet a big yet after 6 to seven uses I am finding bearing Grease in my ice looking up the ice chute I can see it is losing it's seal that separates the motor from the shaving head and it is putting grease in my ice. I would take a replacement and hope it doesn't occur again
