I considerd shade cloth but didn't want to to bothered with draping and undraping as needed. I purchased 4 of these and umbrella stakes from Amazon. They not only look great in my garden but they've added the much needed relief from the sun during the hottest parts of the day. My plants are still thriving! Excellent quality! Would buy again!!!

I just love this umbrella and the price was even better. I actually ordered two more to have in case the brake or get ruined for next year. I've had wood with the white in the past but they didn't last more then two years without a piece rotting and I spent a lot of money on them. I like these so far because the metal feels strong. Only downside is they didn't come with covers.
