Don't order-WD won't ship/advise you on your order

Western Digital has no idea the status of my order after more than a week and investigating it for several days. This puts our entire work flow in disarray and causes lost productivity and WD basically has just said oh well, we'll have to keep investigating it. How about shipping another set to us instead? Crediting a good chunk of the cost back, etc. We likely won't order drives from them ever again.
