I bought a book about Walter Inglis Anderson many years ago, and recently had a chance to actually read it. That book mentioned "Magic Hour," his wife's memories of him. He definitely had mental issues and I had trouble understanding why his wife would have stayed with him all the years that she did. "Magic Hour" presents her side. I still have no clue why she stayed with him. I would have feared for my life. Of course, her older sister married his older brother.
