I’ll start with one caveat — they don’t last forever. That said, ours held up incredibly well for four years in a busy vacation rental, where they were definitely battered and abused. We only replaced them because they’d gotten a bit too dinged up to match the quality standard we want to maintain for guests, not because they stopped performing well. But we did replace it with the exact same pan. so that's saying something about how we liked them. They heat like cast iron — retaining heat beautifully for even cooking — but are so much easier to clean. They have a nice weight to them and cook evenly every time. I’m confident they would last much longer in a normal household where they aren’t being used and abused daily like ours were.

I read reviews on this pan before I purchased. Some people were not very satisfied and I almost passed on making the purchase. I'm glad I didn't. I read the directions and followed them. Nothing sticks! With the exception of my cast iron skillet I use for camp fires, I've never had a pan more sturdy or reliable. And, clean up is effortless. I think if you read the "how to use" instructions you'll find this pan to be a worth while part of your cooking for years to come.
