I love the different experiences in one piece of candy. People complaining it is hard should read the description. it clearly states the outer shell is hard. Same with people complaining about the flavors. They are in the pictures and description. Also companies dont know what you like. There's a one star rating because the company should know they dont like these flavors?!? I would not pay much attention to the low rating on this one. It doesnt deserve it. Each candy has three layers. There's a hard outer shell thats kinda like the first few layers of a gobstopper. This first layer is hard hard hard and sometimes can dissolve into a bunch of pointy spots like gobstoppers do. Sometimes that cut up my gums. It wasn't bad enough to stop me though haha. Then you get to the sour part. On some of them it seemed like this had some liquid in it. I think it just melted into liquid before I really got into the layer. This was more intense than I expected, but not too bad. I don't like a ton of sour but I like these. The sour area is more like chewy sweet tarts. The texture and taste are similar. Then you get to the center. It's just like the nerds clusters. Except it kinda has a dubble bubble gum flavor. I thought it was gum at first. It is very chewy. Overall a very neat experience. The flavors aren't all the generic ones either. There's Cherry punch, Watermelon punch, Strawberry punch, Grape punch, and Tropical punch. Nice variety of flavors. I really like them all. If you don't like gobstoppers, nerds clusters, chewy sweet tarts, or pink double bubble gum, these probably aren't for you. If you like the candies I mentioned, you will probably like these. I don't recommend trying to chew the outer layer. When you notice the sour chewy section, it's okay to chew on it. It doesnt take a super long time to get to the chewy part. Maybe a minute. This makes me think of that dinner chewing gum in Willy Wonka but instead of dinner it's several different candies in one. Super fun and tasty. Definitely a new favorite for me. Will buy again and again.
