My daughter also takes these and swears by them she started out 275 lbs and now down to 240 the weight comes off gradually. Put them in your mouth and let them them dissolve.

These work good if you take them correctly. Instead of chewing them I find that if I suck on them until they dissolve they work really good. If you chew them and then swallow them right away you're not getting the full benefits of the gummy.
