Bought to cover new phone. looking for an overall case that would help with protection of new phone. This case kind of has it all. Enjoy the overall protection that it does offer. Doesn't give more weight to the phone at all. Don't really notice the difference when the case is on the phone. The kickstand feature is nice but doesn't hold the phone much in portrait mode. Kickstand works wonders in landscape mode or even just to have to use to keep phone from falling from hand when using normally. This case is worth its money so far, have not dropped it to test that feature and would not want to go that route yet.
