A brand one can count on. Since ancient times salt was used to preserve food, medicinally it's antimicrobial, good for mouth rinse and gargle, used in rituals to cleanse body and spirit, and as currency, it's where the word salary comes from. Caution: too much leads to high blood pressure, use sparingly.

Have been using/buying this brand of salt for years to keep at home for cooking and seasoning food. It has always been a classic. Additionally, I recently purchased it to put outside on the sidewalk to help with the ice during the recent ice/snowstorms.
