I Highly Recommend!

I've read several enneagram books, and I feel like this one is one of the best introductions to the topic I have seen so far. It's good for those more knowledgeable about the enneagram as well, although you might find yourslef glossing over some of the more basic information along the way. The beginning is a little slow, and you might be tempted to just skip ahead to the type profiles, but I'd advise against that as you would miss all the useful nuggets of information tucked in there. They explore it a little more thoroughly than others I've seen, and give examples from their own experiences to really demonstrate what they're talking about. You really get a look into how knowing your type and your spouse's type (or other close relationships, I feel this can apply to more than marriages) can improve communication and understanding. I also feel like the descriptions are well done. I don't always agree with some people's take on the types, but I feel like this didn't have any weird slants that seemed off. I would recommend giving it a read.
