Do not use A+D on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

For skin protectant use: apply as needed. For diaper rash use: change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area and allow it to dry. Apply A+D ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

This is exactly the same quality as the expensive tubes. The only difference is this isn't as sterile for wound use over burns. But if all you're doing is diaper rash or moisturizing or whatever, this is *perfect*. Full tub for the price of a couple tubes.
