About: This devotional book was written for young men and fathers. God's Word is the only protection young men have against the wicked things in this world. Thus, fathers should read this book with their sons as a Bible study guide that honors and glorifies Christ. Young men must be taught how to be wise. Watching movies, texting on cell phones, playing video games, hanging out at social events, and being involved in sports will never make them wise in salvation. Instructing them with godly wisdom will. This is why fathers must teach their sons about the fear of the Lord, and the gospel of Jesus Christ, or false teachers will instruct them to despise God's Word and everything in it.

Disclaimer: Since publishing this book in 2018, I have made several edits. Also, I initially included Calvin's Catechism in the appendix when I wrote this book because some friends told me it would serve as an additional resource for parents and their children. However, I made this decision without reading Calvin's Catechism in detail. I was wrong to do this, and I did not discover the issues with Calvin's Catechism until some Christians had contacted me about the appendix. After reading their concerns and examining Calvin's Catechism in detail, I decided to remove Calvin's Catechism from the appendix of my book because he wrote many things I disagree with.
