Easy hook up, turns standard bulb into 3-way.

Easy to hook up. Just plug your lamp into the power block, attach the touch pad also to t he power block, plug the block into the wall outlet, and place touch pad on the table with your lamp. It did not work with a 3-way LED bulb, but effective turns a standard dimmable LED bulb into a 3-way (3 brightness levels).
