runs big

this dress runs large. I am 5'7" and the dress is the perfect ankle length. I wear a XL/XXL 1X/2X depending on brand. I ordered the 2X and it was too big, reordered in XL got a 1X and it is to big on top. Still this dress is nice. The fabric ha a decent weight and hangs well from the hip line. HOWEVER the top is big in the shoulders. But again if I can get the right fit still a nice dress for the money.
