Instructions
Remove protective cap. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by firmly depressing its rim several times. Hold container with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting your head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and inhale deeply. Adults and children 6 years and older (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10-12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Children 2 to under 6 years: Ask a doctor. Children under 2 years: Do not use. Other Information: Store at room temperature.

This is the only nasal spray that my husband swears by. He has had major sinus issues for years (after decades of “partying “ and is now paying for it. He uses this daily and it seems to be the only nasal spray that doesn't smell like flowers and/or gives him much needed relief. It does have that first initial burn feeling once injected, but it lasts only seconds. It's not a burn that hurts, but more like that slight burn you get drinking a carbonated soda (McDonalds Sprite). It waters your eyes and you have a slight tingle sensation and burn then it dissipates as you quickly as it started. Afterwards you get the cooling sensation that we all k ow and love from the other Vicks products. I use this when my allergies act up or in the fall/winter when I am sick. Works like a charm

I have a chronic sinus infection and use this product just before bedtime in addition to my prescription spray, especially when the pollen count is high.
