Wash your pillows with a gentle detergent (no bleach or softener) with an extra rinse and the fastest speed, tumble dry in 3 cycles and fluff between each cycle.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase and applies to all Continental Bedding products, including pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors, purchased directly from authorized sellers. Covered defects include issues with materials such as fabric and fill integrity, as well as manufacturing defects in stitching or construction. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including fading, pilling, or loss of loft), damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations, nor issues arising from washing or drying not in accordance with care instructions, or stains, discoloration, or odors caused by spills or exposure to chemicals. To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service team with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number), a description of the defect, and photos showing the issue.
