I have to say that I was leery of purchasing a used phone. So many questions pop into your mind. Needless to say, all my concerns went away when I saw the phone. It is so much nicer than I could have imagined. In fact, the experience was so great, that I just ordered my father a replacement phone too.

Arrived quickly, LOVE the cardboard packaging, phone works great. Battery is in good shape.I am someone that would much rather use an older phone that works for cheap than have to waste money on a brand new phone, so thank you for fixing these up and offering them new life for folks like me!

The order was processed fast and the phone arrived two days ahead of the initially indicated time. The phone was supposed to be in an excellent state and on first glance it does indeed look like new. The battery is at 90% of the original capacity which is within the range of "excellent" condition. Unfortunately the sim-card-tray is damaged and the metal around the hole used for a SIM-eject tool to change sim-cards is broken in a way, that it is impossible to hold the phone there without the sensation of scratching. I was able to reduce the effect with a file, but this should obviously not have been necessary with a phone in excellent condition. Still, I am very happy with the purchase.
