was a little worried i might get something crappy, either they might send the wrong item or a scuffed screen or something, but im impressed with the quality - for the middle option it came at a perfectly good screen and with all the 256gb i asked for at a good price, plus i think i got incredibly lucky cause apparently its also at 100% battery capacity. the only scuffs are a couple small insignificant ones on the side, but its not noticeable at all with a case on so idc. i have no complaints about the phone so far, its worked really well. the only thing i will say, which is prob a result of some crappy new iphone update that was never updated on my old iphone (i bought the same model just better storage) is the autocorrect is now really bad, changes up real words like i'll type "i loved" immediately changes to "i lived" like. prob the result of an update i never got on my old phone

The phone was supposed to be white, but it is black. I really was looking forward to replacing my loved white iphone 6 with a white SE But by accepting it and tossing the packaging and now using it (it works fine) AIm out of luck How does your refurbisher send out a black phone instead of what I ordered without telling you?
