enjoyable dystopian world

If you like stories about the future that have a post-apocalyptic vibe, then you'll probably enjoy this book. There are 4 story-lines running in this book- Mari (moon woman/earth walkers), Nik (Tree Tribe), Dead Eye (Skin Stealers), and Thaddeus (Tree Tribe). People in the future have been separated into different clans and tribes, each with their own unique abilities. The story of Mari and Nik and the past actions of people in their clan/tribe, is really well done. I want to know what happens with these two and how their people move forward after some terrible losses. Dead Eye and Thaddeus's story-lines could have had a bit more depth or better explanations about what was happening to them. At times it was a bit confusing or it felt like the story line lost a bit of clarity, but overall I enjoyed the book and would be interested in a second look at this world where people can heal through the moonlight, giant man eating beetles swarm the earth, and people have reverted to nature and away from technology.
