I started using this product about a year ago. The reason for using was for my osteoarthritis. I had so much pain in my fingers it hurt to do anything with them. I take one pill in the am and one in the pm. For me, it has been nothing but a miracle. I haven't had "ANY" pain in them since the beginning of 2020.
