This is really handy since it attaches to the drill especially if you're working in a situation that you'll need different screwdriver heads. It attaches with a screw that comes with it. It's a lot smaller than I expected but that is a good thing. The only thing I didn't like much was the price, I feel like it's a bit on the expensive side. Even though I feel this way if I needed another I would still buy it again.

No magnet that I can find or no metal will stick. This is more of a dollar item. Not rubber or flexible plastic, I don't see it working out after a day in the sun.
