MOST INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, FRAUDSTER

There should be ZERO start for rating! They are the MOST INCOMPETENT, very UNPROFESSIONAL, BORDERLINE RUDE, THIEF, FRAUDSTER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE, WORST PEASANTS I HAVE TO EVER DEAL WITH. They received back their DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE Table approximately a month now, when Walmart sent a follow up email someone by the name of COURTNEY M. replied on 10/25/23 stating they will issue/initiate a refund but I have yet to receive my refund. Walmart Sent them multiple follow up email but no response for the past 2 weeks, I also sent multiple follow ups NO response. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this or had to chase anyone down for my refund and this is blatantly ridiculous, Neither Merkatoos/Modway nor Walmart have offered a resolution.
