No Sugar Keto Chocolate Fudge Brownie Bars 4 Count 5.64oz

I get on my soapbox when it comes to keto products -99% of them should never be made and just exploit those of us with extremely limited prepared food choices. To be honest, most of us on keto want to eat clean and avoid franken foods; that said, every now and again if you stick with keto long enough, you will find yourself dreaming of eating prepared comfort foods despite knowing it's not worth it. Enter all manner of marketed "keto" foods designed to separate you from your wallet contents by preying on your big eyes and desperate longing for all the unhealthy snacks you dearly miss (I love you so much Cool Ranch Doritos... wait for me in the afterlife so we can be together again). So, how does this no sugar keto chocolate fudge brownie bar rate? Taste = 9/10 as comparable items go... and definitely better than Lara bars. Satisfying? I'd say you need two but can get away with one if you have the willpower and are really doing keto properly. This brings me back to taste -it tastes good, so you should hide two of the bars somewhere out of sight in your kitchen upon opening the box. I would say to hide the third but you won't make it that far. You'll be eating the second one immediately first time you buy a box. Maybe, if you buy this product more than once, you can try to hide 3 out of 4 upon box opening. So, this brings me now to the third rating... Value for money = so-so. Right, so according to my 1970's fixed mentality, everything in the universe is by and large overpriced (and I relish any super sales and bargains as if items fell from heaven). So, if we are going by today's extortionist standards for food, this is on par with other so-called non-health food items that pretend to be good for you. To me, though, it's all a racket. So, I do not find this to be worth even the reasonable Walmart price. All that said, there are times born out of keto "I can't take keto anymore... I need to eat some junk food now" moments that will prompt you to buy an item like this one. Would I buy it again? Sure, if it is on sale or I'm in desperation mode. Do I recommend this for your desperate big-eyed pretending to be healthy while doing keto and ordering franken food moment that you are clearly having as we speak? Yeah... I'll endorse it. Just keep in mind that it is 4 small somewhat satisfying brownie-ish type bars covered in a mediocre not super high quality chocolate coating. The taste is that of chocolate and brownie but on the level of Little Debbie and not Lindt, if you know what I mean. So, go for it if you have a desperate moment or if money is no object to you and you want a healthier low sugar junk-food snack option for your kiddos. I think this would be great after kids' sports games for rich soccer moms/dads to dole out to the team on their bring the team snacks day -lol. I just buy 90% dark chocolate when I have chocolate cravings, but I really wanted to eat a brownie yesterday... so... this food product has some merit -box already gone.

These don't taste good enough to justify the gastrointestinal upset they cause. Ate one every two days or so, took me a while to figure out these were the problem. May be useful for addressing constipation issues if you've got a day to dedicate to it, I guess.
