Unacceptable quality !!!

I don't think I will purchase bulbs again from Walmart without knowing where they come from. They were sad and halfway dead when I received them. It is too much trouble for me to return the package but for sure not to do it again. Also, I had ordered life plants online before they all arrived happy and flesh.
