Vegan TOTALLY ❗ very easy on guts. I have SEVERE Crohn's disease n this stuff was given to me in hospital 🏥 by nutritionists after having over foot n half of ruptured, necrotic small intestine removed. Could not tolerate food. This saved my life ❗ it's better than other protein drinks that claim they are vegetarian but really are not. Even better than milk based shakes such as slim fast or boost etc. etc. ❤️🙏
