(4 pack) Reese Tender Small Artichoke Hearts, 14 oz

The problem with artichoke hearts is the tougher outer leaves. THIS SIZE and BRAND are the most reliable...TO ME.... when it comes to NOT having a bunch of tough leaves. The smaller the artichoke heart...the more tender the leaves. I kinda like these because they are "whole". I just cut them up if I want them otherwise.... ME? I take the can and drain it til ALL the liquid is out, and then put the artichokes in a glass jar with your preferred italian dressing. You choose. I use the glass 'ball' jars for canning. That way--- they are! ready to go, all marinated, for whenever. They keep that way in the fridge for way more than a week. I ALWAYS have a can in the house.
