my favorite chair

I just love this chair. It's very comfortable and the massage works great! The only thing I don't like about it is I fall asleep in it all the time. But of course it's easy to get out of due to the lift, and I would recommend it for any one that has back problems or is a senior and has problems getting out of a regular chair. You will just love it as I do!!!!!!

Fantastic chair, great price and great custom serv

I bought this chair early October of 2023 for my total knee replacement mid October. I was worried that I wouldn't get one of the 2 boxes it came in based on a comment about a different chair where they didn't get one box but I called customer service and they assured me that they were scheduled to arrive the same day despite the tracking info I received for one box. After we got them we put it together and it looks great, works great and held up well. What a great deal and worth every penny. If it doesn't work after you get it assembled check the cord connection you may not have it connected correctly. Easy to put together but the cord endings are the same on a few. This is NOT a paid promo. I always like people to include that in reviews because you never know if they were paid to give a shining review. Hope this helps everyone in their selections. Oh and all of the heat, vibrating massage and remote are easy to use and work perfectly. Just remember to place your remote in the side pocket to keep the buttons from engaging when you don't want them to. Otherwise you or your furry friends could accidentally sit on it and engage them. Love the 2 cup holders and the 2 usb ports on the side for your cell phone. Awesome design in every aspect. It does not lean back flat though to get your legs elevated above your heart but you can buy a surgery recovery cushion from Amazon to achieve that.
